It is disheartening to see how one horrible event (i.e. the slaughter in Rwanda) can send a chilling chain of events throughout the region. The massacre in Rwanda was mainly by Huutu militia against the Tutsi's, at least 500,000 were slaughtered in the bloodshed. Now Tutsi's are returning the terrible favor upon Huutu's in the Congo led by General Nkunda of the National Congress for People's Defence.
